Building a RAG Chatbot with ClearScape Analytics®

This session will guide participants in creating a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbot powered by ClearScape Analytics. The solution integrates in-database functions, Bring Your Own Model (BYOM), the Vantage vector data type, LangChain, and a large language model to enable semantic search and context-aware response generation. Using a multi-page PDF insurance policy as the knowledge base, attendees will learn how to configure document ingestion, generate embeddings, and implement retrieval logic to build a chatbot capable of answering complex, domain-specific questions grounded in source material.
