Teradata uses a total compensation approach to benefits that includes a competitive base salary, 401(k), strong work/family programs, and medical, dental and disability coverage.

Teradata supports innovative work arrangements that allow employees the flexibility to balance their work and personal time more effectively including location-independent working, flexible days in office or part-time employment.

Teradata’s approach to time off is to allow exempt employees the flexibility to determine their own time off schedule by discussing their time away plans with their manager around how they will be away from the office and still accomplish their objectives. This aligns with our corporate values around respect and trust of the individual and further increases emphasis on individual accountability for performance and results. To the extent a U.S. employee wants to take reasonable time away for vacation or other personal reasons, they will be allowed to do so with pay, subject to the prior approval of their manager.

There are many jobs for which Teradata might be able to sponsor visas, depending on the requirements of the job and the qualifications of the candidate. Please apply to any jobs you're interested in and qualified for. If the role is appropriate for visa sponsorship and you're qualified for the job, the recruiter will let you know how to proceed with the interview process.
