テラデータ・コーポレーション社長兼経営最高責任者(CEO)にオリバー・ラッゼスバーガーが就任
シームレスな企業変革と、技術革新への取組みの継続を約束
業界唯一のパーベイシブ・データ・インテリジェンス・カンパニー、テラデータ・コーポレーション(NYSE: TDC、以下テラデータ) は、2019 年1月14日付けで、同社取締役会にてオリバー・ラッゼスバーガー（Oliver Ratzesberger）が社長兼CEOに選任されたことを発表します。今後はビクター・ランド（Victor Lunc)の後任として、テラデータの経営に携わります。尚、ビクター・ランドは取締役会会長となります。
オリバー・ラッゼスバーガーは、2018年2月からテラデータの最高執行責任者（COO）を務め、テラデータ全体のグローバルのオペレーションの責任者として、マーケティング、製品及びサービス全ての戦略の指揮をとってきました。2013年にテラデータに入社し、2016年から2018年まではテラデータの研究開発組織（R＆D）を率いるエグゼクティブ・バイスプレジデント兼最高製品責任者（CPO）を務めました。テラデータ入社以前は、ビッグデータ分析やソフトウェア開発の専門家として、数々のトップ企業やスタートアップ企業のプロジェクトに従事、業界で革新的なテクノロジーを牽引してきました。

ここで、当社の2018年第4四半期及び通期の業績について述べさせて頂きます。最終結果は２月上旬に発表となりますが、現在のところ総収益、経常利益及び年次経常収益（ARR）の結果は、期待通りまたはそれ以上の数字となる見込みであり、業績は好調を維持しています。
なお、ビクター・ランドの取締役会会長への任命に関連して、取締役会は2015年から取締役会のメンバーだった、マイケル・ジアノーニ（Michael Gianoni）を筆頭取締役に任命しました。2007年から取締役会会長を務めてきたジェームス・リングラー（James Ringler）は、引き続き取締役会のメンバーとして残ります。
